How listing evidence and scenarios are handled

Collection stores source listing summaries. Collection does not mean that a listing is approved, advised, currently available, or independently verified.

Detail enrichment uses a capped, prioritized sample of collected summaries, with capacity reserved for missing price evidence and comparable diversity.

Currency conversions are shown only when a conversion rate is available; otherwise the original currency is retained.

A listing reaches the Investor Portal only after passing publication eligibility checks and assignment to an entitled subscriber; eligible opportunities can be published automatically.

Yield figures are modeled scenarios based on disclosed purchase price, rent, operating costs, and occupancy assumptions. They are not observed or guaranteed returns.

Newsletter email is optional. A subscriber must provide an explicit preference, delivery is limited to subscribers who have opted in, and the preference can be disabled.

Source prices are asking prices, not evidence of completed transactions or final transaction prices.

Collection cadence and coverage

Automatic collection rotates through at most four sources every six hours, with up to eight list pages, six detailed listings, and a 90-second request budget per source. Initial coverage resumes from saved progress.

Recent listings are checked alongside initial coverage. Completed sources receive discovery checks, not repeated full-catalog sweeps.

Daily rechecks cover at most 50 listings: published opportunities become due after seven days, promising candidates after fourteen, and other inventory after ninety days. Due dates are priorities, not freshness guarantees.

Hoi An is collected as a separate area and grouped commercially under Da Nang. Its configured coverage is FazWaz sales, DotProperty sales, FazWaz rentals and DotProperty rentals.

Newsletter email is optional. A subscriber must provide an explicit preference, delivery is limited to subscribers who have opted in, and the preference can be disabled.
